Salary: £36,000 – £38,400 per year
Our client is a super-fast paced/ well-known retailer, with 60 plus locations within in the North of the UK. They have recently gone through substitutional growth. This is a home / remote based role
The role: They have a need for a Regional ER Advisor to assist/ support their sites. This is a great role for a person with ER experience, who is looking to build on their experience. Someone who wants an autonomous role that progress very quickly. Supporting a high-volume caseload of work your duties include
Key responsibilities
* ER support for a high volume of ER cases including complex ones via phone, email and face to face
* Prioritising workload
* Relationship building
* Employee engagement
* Supporting the business through change
* General HR administration / HR reporting
We are looking for someone who is a proven relationship builder, a good communicator (phone, email, face to face, able to support remotely) and someone who is able to work autonomously / remotely
Skills & qualifications
* High volume ER case management
* Highly organised, proven experience of prioritising your own caseload
* Previous experience of working in a similar environment / sector
