Refrigeration Design Engineer

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

Role- Refrigeration Design Engineer

Location- Leeds/Northern, Yorkshire/North West- Work from home

Salary- Negotiable depending upon experience

My client is a leading name in the field of Industrial Refrigeration. Currently looking for an experienced Design Engineer. Loking after projects in the North.

You will come from a Refrigeration/HVAC Background, ideally Industrial although related fields will transfer. 

Day to day duties will involve- 

Conducting site surveys and attending design meetings with customers

Producing initial designs/scope of work, experience of Ammonia is a distinct advantage

Familiarity of large industrial projects such as chemical factories, distribution centres, large cold rooms etc.

Producing drawings and design files

Producing design layouts to include heat load calculations for cold-rooms

Pipework and isometric drawings as well as equipment selection.

Produce supplier quotations 

Experience and skills required-

Strong Project management and design experience, ideally within Refrigeration or an engineering projects environment

Professional Engineering qualification

You will be flexible and customer focussed

Hold a Full UK drivers licence
