Recruitment Specialist – London

Our client, a leading technology company, is looking for a recruiter and programme manager to join their team on an 11 month fixed term contract. You will be supporting all stages of the recruiting life cycle and assisting in hiring for groups across the company.

You will be an integral part of the interview and selection cycle, and will have extensive experience sourcing and hiring candidates. You must be delivery- focused and genuinely enjoy interacting and interviewing a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

Managing the technical graduate intern recruitment process from beginning to end
Scheduling intern phone interviews
Preparing intern offer packets including presenting verbal offers to intern candidates and entering new hire information for interns
Liaising with the broader European and Global campus teams including; helping set recruiting strategy, developing and executing a plan to attract top talent for internships at target schools and implementing new initiatives
Creating marketing materials and communication strategy to increase awareness on campus about intern programmes and encourage students to apply
Running and developing existing and new programme efforts to ensure a world-class intern experience

Requirements:

Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
In-house recruitment experience within a multinational environment is preferred
Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting high-calibre technical candidates
Flexible with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines
Strong knowledge and passion for technology
A high level of comfort with all types of online applications, and experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred
