The Company – Recruitment Marketer

Our client is a fast-growing technology company with countless accolades, based in Cambridge, looking for an Employer Brand Marketer to drive the recruitment focus marketing activities whilst also working closely with the marketing department on wider content creation.

This is a new and exciting position within the company; to be at the core of recruitment marketing, to help draw in the best candidates and continue the growth and development of the company as they move their business into the states.

They’re certainly one of the market leaders in what they do and have an ever-growing market share… it’s a fantastic time to be joining them, especially within the recruitment marketing space.

The Role – Recruitment Marketer

Reporting directly to a senior member of the talent team, but with a dotted line into marketing also… you’ll be working closely with the talent team on some really engaging activities, your main duties will be:

Developing the employer brand in line with company culture and style
Create content reflecting the Brand, and promote the company in networking
Manage all social media channels and careers site – recruitment side
Create engaging content for recruitment campaigns across all channels
Plan and implement networking events with recruitment focus, attending and running the occasional event also
The Requirements – Recruitment Marketer

In order to be considered you ideally will have:

3-5 years marketing/recruitment experience
managing multiple social channels
Ability to produce creative content
Comfortable working as part of a team and being part of multiple teams/functions
This role provides flexibility around remote working once you have settled in, it’s super important that you really embrace the ‘team ethos’ and get to know the co-workers you’ll be working really closely with. That said, they do have structures in place to allow for a split between working from home and working in their excellent office space.

Due to the location of their Cambridge based office, this is commutable from those based in Royston, Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth, Duxford, Babraham, Linton, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Saffron Walden, Haverhill, Ely, Bury St Edmunds and Bishop’s Stortford to name a few.
