Experienced Recruitment Consultant (Part Time)

MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

Part Time Recruitment Consultant
(circa 25 to 30 hours per week – flexible)

We are looking to recruit a bright and ambitious recruiter who is a motivated self starter You will be running your own desk for permanent and temporary placements and would have a minimum of two years experience within agency recruitment.

You will be responsible for 360 degree recruitment from the initial meeting with clients, actively resourcing the right candidates, interviewing and short-listing, arranging client interviews, referencing and negotiation to the final placement and follow up.

You will have a proven track record of hitting fair monthly targets, you will be able to hit the ground running, client focused at all times with excellent service and masses of common sense. You will have a can do attitude, be able to priorities and mange your time effectively.

Applicants will have a proven business development success in recruitment and keen to take on new challenges. You will be able to reach businesses that are recruiting and engage with them. Know there requirements and supply the highest quality of staff in order to become a preferred supplier and have a natural ability to build and maintain business relationships.

As we recruit for the office personnel sector, excellent spelling and grammar is required, with a clear speaking voice, competent with MS Office and computers in general and good typing speed.

We are an independently owned, well established and known recruitment business in North West London, more boutique than high street. Providing secretarial and office personnel / support staff to a variety of sectors (Education, SME, Property & Accountancy). We have an excellent reputation for supplying the highest quality of personnel and top notch client service.
