Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: £27,600 – £30,000 per year

Due to continued growth we are looking for a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join the Recruitment Team at Autism East Midlands. You will report in to the HR Lead you will be pivotal in assisting with the successful recruitment for the business.

You will assist with managing a busy caseload of high volume recruitment for our services across the East Midlands.

Responsibilities as a Recruitment Coordinator:

·To undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and telephone calls)

·To coordinate hiring activities

·Prepare and post job ads online

·CV screening and any initial phone screens

·Maintain a library of recruitment literature

·Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates

·Assist with interviews

·Assist with the promotion of the business in relation to job opportunities

·Assist with Social Media activities

·Maintain candidate database
