Recruitment Consultant – Rpo

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year

We’re working closley with a Manchester firm who are doing exactly this with a portfolio of clients across the North. They’re retained to do all of the recruitment, from end to end, from the facilities management to the CEO and everything in between.

In practice, this means you’ll be working on, for example, a finance role today and 20 cleaners tomorrow. All roles need the same care and attention and all candidates the same respect – you are acting as a brand ambassador in effect.

Sector wise, as long as you’re from a recruitment background where you’ve had to go out and find candidates, not just deal with inbound applications, whether that’s internal or agency, we can be open. What is important is your level of commitment to service quality – doing the right things the first time. Being ethical and dedicated and communicating to all stakeholders respectfully, professionally and regularly. No ghosting, no half truths, no second best!

You’ll earn 10% minimum on all every fee you make! On top of a basic up to £35k (doe). Initially, based in the Manchester City Centre offices, you’ll get more flexibility to work from home if you want to once you’re up to speed. The team is fun, hard working but incredibly supportive and happy!

Written and verbal communication at a good level is important, as is your experience finding the best candidates for the job.
