The Role as a Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant

· Finding CV`s to meet the specific criteria
· Undertaking telephone interviews
· Assisting with the administrative duties
· Business development tasks
· Advertising roles using accurate client information
· Keeping candidates up to date with the progress of their roles

As you rapidly progress you move into a full 360 role, taking full job descriptions, finding candidates and placing them into contract roles.
