Recruitment Consultant – Hot Desk

Salary: £26,208 – £27,600 per year

I am currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant to join a busy Office Services desk. You will have roles to work on from your first day and earn commission on everything you place with no threshold!

Based in beautiful offices near Gatwick with free parking on site. We are an extremely busy team with lots of team vacancies and clients for you to take over however we are also looking for someone who is keen to build their own client base. We cover a broad area spanning London to Brighton so lots of opportunity to earn exceptional levels of commission. Search have just launched a new training programme and offer a fantastic progression scheme with car allowances starting at Senior Consultant level, with salaries and car allowance amounts increasing with every promotion.

We understand a work/life balance so don’t work silly hours and stay late in the office, we all have families and friends we want to spend time with too!

What will you be doing!

* Creating relationships with current clients

* Working on a broad range of current vacancies from customer service to management level roles

* Creating marketing and eshots using our marketing templates to attract new clients and candidates

* Interviewing candidates to gain an understanding of what they are looking for as well as in depth knowledge of their current experience

* Reaching out to new clients to introduce the company and yourself to enable partnering with their recruitment in the future

* Managing PSL portals where clients will release business to you

* Manage your own diary to visit clients
