We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a highly successful and hot Facilities Management & Engineering perm desk, with some incredibly strong relationship ties and huge growth prospects, where in addition to a very competitive basic salary and market-leading commission scheme, we also reward our people for their hard work and loyalty!

We are offering a fully remote / hybrid opportunity with the possibility of working from any of our 3,500 rented office spaces throughout the UK, should you wish.

As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish – sourcing candidates, engaging with/meeting with pipelined talent, CV writing, interview scheduling and preparations, feedback management, securing offers, and continuing to develop both candidate & client relationships post-placement.
• Creating & building strong relationships with both candidates & clients.
• Championing best recruitment practices.
• Attending various industry-related networking events.
• To continue to promote the Nexus brand & to support growing the business, and your own career.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who has the following skills and qualifications:

• 6 months + recruitment or sales experience.
• A true people person with an outgoing and friendly approach.
• Career driven, motivated, and ambitious.
• Organised and able to keep up with a fast-paced position.
