Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
Our client a leading provider of staffing and Recruitment solutions throughout the whole of the UK is on the lookout for a BD Manager who has not only sold into Care Homes throughout the UK but has also spent time working in the Recruitment Industry.
We are looking for you to have at least
* 3 Years selling into the Care Sector
* 1 year working in Recruitment
* Experience working in a company on neutral vendor desk
The role is home based and will be focused on Multi site Care Home Operators. Strong organisational, prioritisation skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience of selling MSP, Neutral Vendor or RPO solutions.
Articulate with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
Ability to work under pressure.
Superb relationship building skills.
High motivation working as an individual salesperson and to be able to demonstrate this.
A confident manner and approach to present Care Hires proposition.
Confident operator on the telephone.
Ability to influence, negotiate and close objections presented by new client.
70% New Business v 30% Account Management.
The organisation offers a basic salary of between 30 and 35k with a car allowance of £36,000 – £42,000per annum along with fuel card and is looking to make an appointment within the next 6-8 weeks.
