Graduate Recruitment Consultant, the Role:

As a graduate recruitment consultant your responsibilities will include:

– New client and candidate acquisition

– – Searching for potential clients and candidates – – Communicating with senior level candidates such as CEOs of top banks

– Client meetings and role briefings
– Candidate interview preparation and feedback
– Negotiating offers
– Candidate referrals

Do you meet the following criteria for the Graduate Recruitment Consultant position?

– 2:1 degree or above from a top UK university
– Articulate with exceptional communication skills
– Likable and Loyal
– Resilient, Some target based or office experience is highly desirable but not essential
– Interest in financial services
