Recruitment Associate Location: Head Office – Wakefield, West Yorkshire Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am to 5.30pm We are a well-established team of recruitment specialists, connecting talented individuals with leading organisations across the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Pharmacy, and Life Sciences sectors. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our team at our Head Office in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. About You: We are seeking a driven and commercially minded individual with a background in sales, recruitment or customer service. You will be confident engaging with candidates, with a natural ability to build rapport, understand motivations, and effectively promote job opportunities. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a more active role in the commercial side of recruitment, rather than purely administrative tasks. To succeed in this role, you should: Have

experience in a fast-paced recruitment, sales, or customer service role Be confident and professional when speaking over the telephone Demonstrate strong influencing and communication

skills Be target-driven with a proactive approach to workload Possess excellent attention to detail and organisational

skills Be based within a commutable distance of Wakefield, West Yorkshire Key

Responsibilities : Working alongside an experienced recruitment team to engage with candidates and promote relevant job opportunities Effectively promoting vacancies by understanding candidate motivations and aligning them to suitable client roles Building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment process Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within internal CRM systems Supporting targeted recruitment campaigns, mailshots, and candidate attraction activities Handling incoming calls and candidate enquiries in a professional and efficient manner Preparing candidates for interviews using effective coaching and interview techniques Providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times What We Offer: We offer a stable, long-term career opportunity within a supportive and collaborative team environment, with the opportunity to develop commercial
