Basic 26- 30k D.O.E Truro

Realistic first year OTE £40k+

Winners recruitment are currently working exclusively for an International recruitment agency with offices in London and Truro who are looking to recruit a professional, engaging, relationship- focused Recruitment Consultant.

Our client has been delivering world class Telecommunication and IT resources and opportunities to its clients and candidates for the last 15 years providing candidates and Project Teams to many of the world’s leading organisations based in Africa and Europe.

If you can speak fluent German and have the desire to achieve and succeed, you will be offered all the training and resources required to become an effective head- hunter of ICT resources within the German and Swiss market.

The role

Engage with candidates throughout the pre-screening and interview process, proactively qualifying the candidate fit against client requirements including all suitability of rights to work.

Arrange interviews for clients and candidates, providing support, guidance, and feedback before and after each stage of the process

Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database, compliant with internal and external processes

Prepare completed packages of search activity for each assigned role using our various digital systems including the CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and the industry focused data analytics and reporting tools.

Collaborate with Management and Senior Consultants to resource for key positions internationally, using proven search and selection methodologies

Contribute to and achieve personal and team fee revenue targets

The Person

Some recruitment experience is ideal; however, ongoing training that’s structured to help you grow is provided

Energetic and positive approach to work, with a passion to foster strong relationships and develop useful networks

A strong communicator able to speak and work in fluent German who can understand and discuss technical aspects of roles with colleagues and candidates

Confidence to ask questions, share knowledge and build relationships internally and externally

Drive to become an industry expert through continual personal development, taking advantage of internal training and industry learning
