Receptionist Needed ASAP

This opportunity is for Full Time Inbound Call Handlers. The UK’s most trusted call handling company is looking to expand its team of friendly, articulate and professional call handlers. ]

Full time 40 hours a week flexi rota 6am-10pm

What does the role involve?
* Handling a high volume of inbound calls in a polite and professional manner.
* Positive attitude while talking to the callers.
* Accurately recording call details which are then forwarded directly to the client or directing calls to specific individuals / departments.
* Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards callers, clients and colleagues alike.

This is NOT a sales role – there are NO SALES TARGETS. All of our targets are to ensure that quality is kept to the highest level and that all of the team are working efficiently and effectively.

Preferred Candidate Attributes include:
* Excellent telephone manner (essential)
* Computer literate with good keyboard skills (essential)
* Excellent spoken and written English skills (essential)
* High volume call handling experience in an office setting or call centre
* Positive and friendly ‘can-do’ attitude
* Fine attention to detail
