Our client within the motor industry based in Croydon requires an experienced Receptionist. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors and managing the company switchboard.
Reception duties include:
• Answer switchboard – take messages, act as a gatekeeper for prospective calls.
• Meet and greet clients for meetings.
• Receive all deliveries and arrange courier collections.
• Assist with general administrative tasks where necessary.
• Maintain general office suppliers.
• Ensure Health and safety in communal area.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of providing a full reception service. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with a good working ethic and demonstrating the ability to work well within a team.
