Job Description:
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Reception areas of at all times
Ensure that all visitors receive prompt handling in a courteous manner upon entering the venue
Prepare and manage reception staff rota’s to ensure correct staffing levels at all times
Notify all relevant staff of their visitors and to ensure the visitors log is completed
Communicate at all levels (including children) in a professional and friendly manner
Ensure that all safety provisions are in place and met as per the requirement
Ensure all visitors & customers are issued with and wear visitors & race wristbands
Provide administrative support to the Sales Team (including on site conference co-ordination and live chat)
Cover breaks and any absences of the Receptionist Team
Carry out any tasks or duty required ensuring the seamless operation of the business
Promote and ensure prompt, professional handling of all telephone calls
Maintain a high presentation standard of equipment and issue as per company policy

Person Specification:
Previous experience in a similar customer facing position is essential
Computer literate with knowledge of MS office
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy
Experience within a customer service team environment
Experience in management or a team management position

Additional Information:
Based in Esher
£16,000
Monday – Friday 37.5 hours between 7am-10pm
Some weekend work involved
Onsite parking
Full training provided
Easily commutable from the train station
