Salary: £30,857 – £44,353 per year

Are you an early years / reception teacher looking for a long term role?

We are working with an Excellent rated independent boarding school in Oxfordshire to support them with currently recruiting for an early years/reception teacher to join their team as maternity cover starting after half term.

This role will be faced with particular responsibility for the education and wellbeing of a class of Reception pupils and work within our Early Years Centre alongside our Nursery team.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent behaviour management skills.
• Has QTS or is an ECT
• Can promote cultural development.
• Has great communication and lesson delivery skills.
• Can prepare and plan lessons in advance.
• Can close the gap in performance of all pupils with special
educational needs or disabilities.
