Quantity Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading commercial and residential property builder based in Tunbridge Wells.

With a growing pipeline of new developments there is lots of work ahead for the right Quantity Surveyor and the company aim to double there £250 million a year turnover within the next five years.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor on large mixed-use new build schemes in excess of 150 units and possess knowledge of JCT building contracts. Prior experience of cost management and project administration will be highly beneficial to your application.

You will be working on some of the most exciting and challenging construction projects in the South East area and you will be rewarded with amazing career progression and opportunities with a salary of up to £66,000 per year and a fantastic bonus package on offer to the right candidate.

The role of Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the following tasks; General Project coordination and administration, preparation of site budgets, preparation and negotiation of subcontract packages, measuring, calculating and preparing direct labour costs, Site visits and inspections and the preparation of reports
