Quality Technician

Salary: £26,000 – £36,000 per year

· To investigate, disposition and report Key Performance Indicators and data queries to support the quality function and business improvement activities.

· Control and modify information systems (e.g. processes, procedures, drawings, specification etc.) to ensure information is current and up to date.

· Assist with planning activities to help maximise departmental efficiency.

· Attend customer sites to coordinate containment activity and to maintain data interface between systems, to ensure accurate information is available at Pattonair.

Facilitate improvement activities at department level to enhance business performance (Business Improvement focused role) or where authorised, approve customer documentation (eg FAIR, EASA release forms) on behalf of my client (Quality focused role).

Participation in improvement activities at department / company level to enhance business performance.

Comply with all relevant internal rules, policies and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual.

Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.
