HR Shared Services Team Leader

Salary: £360 – £600 per day

Are you looking for an HR shared service where you can really make a difference? Our client is very well-established in the care sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in shared service offering as well as develop their management skills.
Currently this role is being performed from home. As we get back to more normality you could still be working from home 2 or 3 days a week
The role; to lead and provide a high-level customer focused HR Shared Service which covers recruitment, payroll (preparation), first line support, onboarding and HR admin. Ensuring all stakeholders have a first-class experience. Being fully responsible for the accuracy, maintenance and compliance of employee data. Duties include
* Responsible for nurturing/ managing/ developing the shared services team
* HR Compliance, overall responsibility for HR data integrity / security to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.
* Responsible for driving change and ongoing improving process / service levels
* Oversee shared service processes such as; onboarding, HR admin, and payroll
* Liaising with all levels of stakeholders to enhance/ build relationships
* Being responsible for HR shared service visibility/ promotion throughout the organisation
* Lead on various projects
Previous experience
* HR shared services management. Proven ability to lead, motivate, support and develop a team of HR professionals (a nurturing manager)
* Expert knowledge of HR systems, policies, processes, GDPR
* Understanding of HR legislation and best practice
* Of influencing change/ enhancing processes
* CIPD qualified or equivalent – desirable
* Proven attention to detail
* A first-class communicator / influencer with a positive and friendly attitude
