Quality and Audit Manager – Care Services

£36,000 per annum + £3K Car Allowance
In Touch Recruitment are working on behalf of an UK wide care provider to recruit a Quality and Audit Manager to oversee a portfolio of Care Services throughout Scotland.
The purpose of the role is to implement and develop high quality care across the whole of Scotland, ensuring person centred care is being delivered to a high standard throughout the groups diverse care services which include care homes, supported living and care at home services.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will use an internal service quality assurance tool to ensure the services are fully compliant and meet regulatory standards and customer expectation.
The role will involve assessing, reviewing and auditing services and developing action plans to improve and maintain standards.
The successful applicant will have an excellent understanding of the Care Inspectorate and Care Quality systems along with the ability to identify areas of improvement and act upon them in a proactive and professional manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role as is the ability to support others. The role requires an experienced Care Professional with high standards, a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills.
All applicants are required to hold a Professional Qualification in Health & Social Care; a recognised Qualification in Quality Assurance is also strongly desired although not essential.
