- Pay rate up to £48ph dependent on experience / interview
An experienced Social Worker is required in WCBC Disability Team to complete assessments on citizens with a Physical and Learning Disability.
The Disability Team consists of 1x Team Manager, 4x Assistant Team Managers who offer supervision & support to Social Workers and Social Care assessors in the Team.
The Team has access to Specialist Learning Disability Health Professionals who are based in the Team.
The Team is an all age Team that also supports Children & young people up to the age of 25 years with a learning or Physical Disability.
The required Social Worker will be supporting adults over the age of 25 years.
