QC Analytical Chemist

Experienced QC (quality control) Analytical Chemist Wanted – Permanent Opportunity – Based in Hull – Paying circa £31,200

Do you have a BSc or equivalent degree in Chemistry? HPLC experienced? Supervisory experience?

My client is currently looking for an experienced analytical chemist to work onsite for a global FMCG organisation based in Hull. This is a permanent position and would suit someone who has experience of HPLC, quality control (QC), leading projects, supervising staff and writing GMP reports.

Specific Responsibilities:
Manage projects that have been provided from line manager from start to finish
Set up required HPLC test methods for the project as needed
Conduct lab investigations when needed
Supervise other team members when needed as they will be reporting to you
Meeting set deadlines in regards to the projects

To be successful in this QC Analytical Chemist position, you will need to have the following Requirements:
A BSc or equivalent degree in Chemistry
Experience in using HPLC in a GMP regulated environment
Experience in setting up tests, methods and validating them
Proven experience in managing a project and or supervising staff
