QC Analyst (Shifts)

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a QC Analyst to work as part of a strong and talented quality control team. The company specializes in pharmaceutical biotechnology products and is based in the Southern region.

We are looking for candidates with a degree, or equivalent experience in Chemistry or closely related science discipline. Ideally you will have experience gained from a GMP environment, with strong exposure of HPLC and GC testing activities.
For this role you will be responsible for analysing samples, ensuring consistency, and performing method validation, using standard analytical techniques.

Duties and responsibilities:
– Assist with and perform the inspection and testing of intermediate and finished products
– Assess and report data
– Prepare study protocols and reports
– Perform routine calibration/validation and maintenance duties within the laboratory to GMP standards
– Participate in internal quality audits and regulatory inspections
