QA Auditor

Salary: £28,800 – £31,200 per year

Quality Assurance Auditor, Days, Corby. £24,000- £26,000
A QA Auditor who appreciates the importance of food safety, legality, authenticity and quality is required to join the team on a Panama Day shift (Friday, Saturday & Sunday off every alternating week) in Corby

The QA Auditor’s role will be:
·Handling of day-to-day quality and food safety issues
·Audit schedules, investigations and non-conformances. Communicate and evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
·Identify, raise and escalate non-conformances and work with other departments to resolve issues as they arise.
·Work closely with the Night Shift Hygiene Team to ensure appropriate standards of Hygiene are achieved and that the Hygiene operation does not impact food safety.
·Inspection of raw materials and finished product against the customer specs.
·Supporting and advising production on quality requirements, GMP, GHP, CCPs and Safe working practices.
·Suggest solutions for continuous improvement and work with other departments to implement these.
·Run the Night shift taste panels.
·Update and maintain all relevant QA databases and schedules.
·Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
·Daily product monitoring analysis panels.

The successful QA Auditor will have good communication skills, an enthusiastic personality and be self-motivated. Experience within an FMCG environment, ideally in a QA/Technical role is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
