Pharmacovigilance / Drugs Safety Auditor – London

Opportunity:

Are you currently working as a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Auditor? Does your experience include Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEA’s)? Want to work for a growing pharmaceutical company? Yes then please read on.

Your role as a Pharmacovigilance Auditor will involve conducting and managing on-site and questionnaire audits of all PV partners according to priorities determined by a risk assessment process. This will involve travelling to suppliers on a UK and international level.

Daily duties and responsibilities include:

• Make all necessary audit arrangements with PV partners.
• Liaise with Medical and Quality Assurance departments as part of audit preparations to determine PV performance and issues for each PV partner.
• Provide audit information and status for inclusion in the PV System Master File.
• Deal with CAPAs and create CAPA plans.
• Work with the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) to ensure critical non-conformances identified during audits are escalated immediately and all other non-conformances are reported in a timely manner.
• Generation and review of Standard Operating Systems and Work Instructions relating to PV audits and supplier approval.
• Contribute towards continued improvement of safety systems and processes.

The role involves around 50 – 60% travel mainly EU countries.

Skills:
