Public Sector Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year

We require an experienced recruitment consultant to join our highly successful interim team to focus on senior interim appointments within the public sector for new and existing Local Authority clients.

Main duties / desirable traits required for the role:

-Build and maintain candidate relationships

-Build and maintain relationships with Local Authority clients

-Sales-focused (billing target)

-Business Development mindset

-Entrepreneurial flair

-Be a go to expert in this field for internal and external stakeholders

-Lay foundations for future expansion of the team
