You will be an intelligent graduate who is able to build bridges with all pupils. The school wants to see graduates who have a firm belief in the importance of infusing children with drive and ambition from a young age.

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant you will be working on an individual basis with a Year 1 girl who has a statement of ASD. She is joining this school specifically because of the success it has keeping autistic children in a mainstream setting. You will be working with her on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day, providing feedback to the SENCo and the parents as she develops and progresses. A key area that will be of interest is working with the designated Educational Psychologist to develop strategies to help the child progress.
