Proposals / Tenders Compliance Editor

A corporate, professional construction and property firm based in the heart of London’s City are looking to recruit a bright, capable candidate with design competency to work on high impact proposal documents and presentations. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Adobe CS, written/copywriting ability, excellent attention to detail and enjoy a challenging dynamic environment. This role will directly support the company’s production of bids and tenders.

This is a permanent role paying £25 – 27K

Success in the proposals team comes down to effective communication and pushing the right messages. Success will come from collating the right information to help win business and generate new opportunities.

Key Duties:
– Contribute to proposal/tender documents, marketing material and presentations
– Collate and maintain the bid/tender management databases specific to Retail and Hospitality and the consultancy division
– Liaise with subject experts to ensure most up to date data is captured
– Respond to PQQs (Pre-qualification questionnaires)
– Attend meetings to agree strategy on content presentations and actions
– Review, edit and write material for proposal documents – maintain templates and supporting material
– Act as a brand Ambassador – contribute with innovative ideas for bids

Skills/Requirements:
– Demonstrable graphic design experience to contribute to top quality presentation material.
– Previous roles could include: Bid Coordinator, Proposals Coordinator, Design Executive
– The successful candidate must have proven experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
– Proven administrative experience in a busy environment where attention to detail is imperative
– Someone who prides themselves on their high levels of customer service
