It could be that you have applied and not heard back and want some feedback, or just want to find out a little more (we have outlined at the end of this advert the background the client is seeking also).
The charity manage an ESF funded contract via a number of charities in the area delivering a front line service which identifies those with barriers to employment and provides tailored support to help them get back into work. As the Quality Assurance lead, you will be responsible for making sure that each charity is submitting the correct paperwork for the contract which evidences the work they do. The paperwork is to evidence things such as programme sign up, job starts, sustainment’s and to ensure there is an evidenced paper trail to be able to draw down funding. Being great at quality and compliance is key. You will be excel savvy, and used to putting together reports and making recommendations to management and charities within the group.
Please apply via this advert. We are looking for someone with a strong quality and compliance background, who can demonstrate this through a previous role. It doesn’t have to be similar to this exactly, however people with experience of working for an employment support or apprenticeship provider who have dealt with the quality and compliance aspect of say an ESF, SFA or DWP type contract would be a great fit.
