Property Sales Assistant

Salary: £16.97 per hour

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To positively contribute towards the work of the Property Sales Team, responsible for administering the statutory Right to Buy (RTB) scheme and any other relevant home ownership initiatives, such as Shared Ownership (SO), Shared Equity (SE) and Rent to Mortgage (RTM).

To liaise effectively with applicants to assist in the preparation and issuing of all statutory and contractual notices and correspondence required under the RTB/SO/SE/RTM schemes, as well as, monitoring and updating applicant records ensuring adherence to relevant statutory and contractual timeframes.

To provide a comprehensive administrative support function to the Property Sales Team and assist in the provision of a high quality service to other London Borough of Hackney departments.

Hourly pay rate: £16.97per hour PAYE / £17.73 per hour Umbrella PAYE
