Retail Sales Assistant

Salary: £26,000 per year

Our client is a very well-established Healthcare Retail Outlet based in Plymouth City Centre who is currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join their close-knit team on a part-time basis. This is a permanent position within a well-respected local employer that offers a supportive and encouraging environment for their staff to flourish and develop their skills.

As the successful Sales Assistant, your duties will include but are not limited to:

* Meeting clients requirements by delivering personalised health assessments

* Building and maintaining one-to-one client relationships for repeat business

* Achieving and exceeding sales targets

* Continually promote the business model with the team

To be considered for the position of Sales Assistant, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

* A success or achievement in your career to date

* Excellent performance in a customer sales environment

* Higher education or related career experience, ideally in an environment where in-depth product knowledge has been required

This Sales Assistant position is a part-time opportunity with contracted hours between 16 and 30 per week and the potential to earn up to a 20% performance-related bonus. Workdays and times can be flexible however you will be expected to work most Saturdays as they are peak trading times for our client.

Full training and support will be provided so previous healthcare experience is not an essential requirement for this role.
