Office Angels
Salary: £26,000 per year
You will have a clean driving licence and an experience as a Property Inspector.
Carrying out property visits and reporting on findings.
Obtaining meter readings and checking properties for any potential hazards and immediately reporting any key problems.
Checking out tenants at the end of tenancies
Checking inventory is complete
Obtaining meter readings,
Advising of cleaning/repairs as required.
Delivering of Notices.
