Property Data Analyst

We have an exclusive opportunity for a Data Analyst to join an international property consultancy based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

Working within a dynamic corporate real estate team, you will manage corporate client lease property information and processes to support the team. Managing data on a day to day basis, you will oversee the accuracy of corporate client database and lease information. Liaising with both clients and client account managers on a day to day basis, you will control documents, oversee the lease abstraction process, create exception reports and create portfolio and invoice audits.

With experience in Real Estate and Property, you will have an understanding of lease documentation and terminology alongside property management related systems and terminology. With an outstanding eye for detail and excellent general IT skills, you will have knowledge of data manipulation techniques and the development of customer reporting. You will thrive in a fast paced, pressurised role and will have an ability to handle multiple priorities with ease. As a natural communicator and with a great attitude to your role, you will be able to build relationships with clients and colleagues with ease.
