This role reports into the Analytics Manager and will be focused on Salesforce.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Create a suite of automated reports and dashboards by which we can effectively manage our business
Closely work with Salesforce team and BA’s in the business to become an expert analyst for this area
Develop an understanding of the various end users of these reports and ensure that they are suitable
Use advanced analytics practices to delve deeper into trends and patterns in the data
Be able to communicate technical solutions to non-technical people
Work closely with the data team to help define the data required for reporting and build a data architecture to support this

What are we looking for?

Strong coding ability in either SQL or Python preferred
Experience using a visualisation tool such as Power Bi or Tableau
High problem solving ability
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive and forward thinking
