Property Apprentice

Job Role:

• To provide administrative support to the branch
• To provide a Property Management Service to the customer
• To provide management information promptly when requested
• Diary management
• To deal efficiently with incoming customer calls
• Produce standard letters, tenancy agreements and notices
• Setting up new tenancies on Quicklet and operating the Quicklet system
• Logging and processing of maintenance calls liaising with relevant parties concerned
• Ensure delivery of first class customer service
• Input and retrieval of information
• Maintaining stationary stock
• Collation of statistics

The Candidate:

Must be organised with good planning skills and have great customer service and PC skills. Be able to work well under pressure and be a team player.

Wage:

Apprenticeship wage of £26,000 per year, (to be reviewed).

Hours:

40 hours per week, (TBC).
