Salary: £36,000 – £44,400 per year

Project Manager / Employers Agent / Contract Administrator

We are engaged on a retained basis on behalf of a Construction Consultancy Client, who are seeking to grow their Project Management team in the Cambridgeshire/ Hertfordshire area.

Our client are involved in a number of Mixed Use and Residential schemes and are seeking Project Managers from a Surveying background, be that Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying.

Role of the Project Manager / EA/ Contracts Administrator

* Project Delivery- Acting as EA, client representative and/or Contracts Administrator for the delivery of Residential and Mixed Use Projects

* Analysis and review of Designer proposals as well as Contractor/ Developer proposals ensuring the clients requirements are fulfilled.

* Understanding delivery standards within the Housing/ Mixed Use Sector

* Delivery of Developments under JCT D&B or other bespoke Contracts

* To be a trusted client advisor.

Requirements of the Project Manager /EA / Contracts Administrator

* Degree Qualified in either Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying

* Experience as an Employers Agent

* Experience of Residential and/or Mixed Use Developments

* MRICS Status or currently working towards APC.

Salary & Benefits for the Senior Employers Agent / Project Manager / Contracts Administrator

Our client are flexible on salary, dependent upon experience, but the successful EA/ PM / CA can expect:

* 35,000 -47,000 basic salary

* Pension
