Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year
A new and exciting opportunity for a Project Manager has arisen to work on large retail projects. My client is a niche consultancy company in London. Following the rapid growth of their retail sector, they are now looking for a PM with previous retail, quantity surveying or project management experience for an immediate start.
The role
You will carry out feasibility studies and manage several schemes through to acquisition at once.
You will be working with the internal team and directly with the client’s development surveyors.
The candidate
You will be looking after fast track projects so you will need:
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Previous experience
Ideally, you would have a driving license and you will be able to work independently.
