Project Manager – Design & Build Residential

I am currently recruiting for a diverse organisation which undertakes construction and fit-out in several sectors across London.

They are seeking strong project managers for their residential developments arm, a part of the business which undertakes design & build projects up to the value of £10m.
These projects are constructed from the ground up, and are finished with a medium or high spec fit-out.

Their criteria for Project Managers are as follows:

*Significant experience with Design & Build residential projects
*Experience of seeing a project through to the finish
*Ability to work in a modest sized team with a high level of independence

This could be an immediate role for the right person, and a salary of up to £78,000is on offer.
