Salary: £54,000 per year

Mainly working on ad hoc projects, involved in project management, stakeholder interviews, design of solution scoping documents, data analysis, solution testing, liaising with internal & external clients on an on-going basis & report writing, analysis, attention to detail, interpretation, communication & interpersonal skills are essential.

Working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining budget levels, it is essential that you’re customer focused, responsive & proactive, with a commitment to the delivery of the highest quality of care & service, very familiar with Excel & extremely comfortable reviewing, analysing & interpreting large volumes of numerical information.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the sales team to create proposals, develop & attend pitches, agree costs to meet the needs of the client

* Proactively identify further opportunities, from developing new solutions for the business & individual clients through to recognising additional activities within individual projects

* Lead company initiatives to improve business, from incremental process improvement to transformational innovations

* Lead a team in the delivery of complex forecasting projects in line with SMART objectives to meet agreed profit margins

* Monitor & report on activities, provide relevant management information to feed into project management meetings

* Respond proactively to client requests & solve their ongoing short & long-term forecasting challenges

* To drive the development of solution scoping documents that provide the basis for the technical development of the solution

* Be the link between the technical team & the client throughout the forecasting solution development process

* Take ownership of quality control from project initiation to delivery, including model testing

* Undertake interviews with senior stakeholders, complete data audits, to identify client requirements to scope & design the overall project

* Support project implementation via training with key stakeholders in the client’s business & review training materials

* Occasional involvement in more detailed project activities i.e, model population, scenario running & secondary data analysis

Person Spec:

* 5 + years’ experience

* Scientific academic background

* In-depth pharmaceutical industry knowledge

* Knowledge / application of forecasting techniques, forecasting cycles & business process requirements

* Commercial / consultancy & project management experience

* Able to travel

* Must be proactive & autonomous

* Mix of home & office with requirement for worldwide travel when feasible.
