Project Manager – Consultancy

Salary: £48,000 – £66,000 per year

Calibre Search are working closely with a highly successful and growing Construction Consultancy now looking to bring in an intermediate to Senior level Project Manager to join their growing team based near Warrington.

You will be assisting and leading on some quite unique and complex new build projects from inception through to completion working in various sectors involving high end industrial and logistic projects as well as several hotel and PRS Developments happening across the UK.

Perfect role for any Project Manager looking to join a team certainly on the up and become integral to this Practices future plans. Ideally you will be RICS degree qualified with previous knowledge and experience within Construction from a client side/consultant point of view. As mentioned, they’re happy to consider Senior PM’s looking potential at Associate all the way down to your more Intermediate level PM’s as they certainly can accommodate both levels.

Duties/Requirements:

• Conduct feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation etc
• Interview and select contractors for tendering or negotiation, evaluate tenders received and appoint contractor
• Inspect and monitor the construction works with regard to quality and conformity to agreed specifications and drawings
• Prepare regular reports to clients on all aspects of the project including progress, programme, costs, risks and quality management
• Client liaising and chairing meetings throughout the project life cycle
• Ideally having relevant qualifications being MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB or working towards such qualifications
• Previous construction/property consultancy experience as a Project Manager would also be essential
• Being presentable at all times and generating/containing business development
• Wanting to develop the PM team further in the practices long term plans
