Interim Project Manager – Air Conditioning/HVAC

My client is a provider of M&E Building Services & FM, incorporating both maintenance & projects, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke technical services to a varied, blue-chip client portfolio to include Corporate & Commercial settings respectively.

A Project Manager is required on a x 3-month temporary contract basis in what is a dual position to include preparing costings/quotations of split air conditioning systems.

The Project Manager will be responsible for providing costs, pricing and quotations for split air conditioning system installations of between c£5K – £10K.

The majority of the position will be officed based and will focus heavily on the costing/quotation aspect, although there will be the requirement to assist in overseeing the installation of air conditioning systems as business needs require.

The Project Manager will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers in the ordering of parts/materials as well as client and sub-contractor liaison.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold Air Conditioning qualifications and further training, knowledge and experience commensurate to the position
• The ability to produce costs, pricing and quotations of air conditioning systems & equipment
• Driving License
