Project Manager – 6 Month Contract (Agency)

Project Manager – (Agency) – Solihull – 6 month contract

Salary: £180 – £240per day

A new opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Manager with previous Direct Marketing Agency experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing resource capacity and co-ordination to ensure the on time and orderly delivery of all team projects from job initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

* Management and maintenance of a team resource plan
* Identifying capacity for new projects and highlighting resource crunch points
* Liaising between different departments to ensure accurate project delivery
* Managing team diaries to ensure realistic project schedules
* Communicating and reporting key capacity information to the team on a regular basis
* General team admin support
* Development of project schedules, ensuring project folders are accurate and up to date
* Produce and circulate contact reports following key meetings

Skills/Requirements:

* Office based experience and ability to learn new IT software
* Build great relationships with the team
* Strong communication and people skills
