We need a top drawer Project Manager – with a proven record for delivery – to join a highly sought after fit-out and refurbishment main contractor in the city.
Working on an array of projects around Central London and the surrounding counties, the Project Manager will take responsibility for the day to day management of commercial fit out projects ranging from £500k-£15m, taking overall responsibility for the client journey from start to finish, ultimately delivering exceptional workplace environments.
The role requires a Project Manager who enjoys variety in the role, from managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors through overseeing programme, design, quality management and health and safety to completion and handover.
Project Manager – qualifications, skills and experience:
- Track record of performing and delivering commercial fit out schemes in a Project Manager capacity
- Trade or technical degree would be highly desirable
- Thorough knowledge of the construction process from inception to completion
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Natural people’s person and expert relationship builder
