Project Manager (Government Digital Services for a Land Registry Project)

The Opportunity:

Working as a Project Manager, you will take a leading role in the management, development and delivery of a unique and nationally important IT project, working towards a set of specific objectives.

All successful candidates will be required to undergo government-level security clearance and must be prepared to work out of our client’s Edinburgh based offices.

Skills and Experience:
• Experience of working in enterprise level business change programmes
• Delivering digital projects and products & services with a good working knowledge of the Government Services Design Manual
• Experience of delivering effective and successful digital services and digital transformation projects
• PRINCE2 accredited (with proven experience of applying agile delivery within PRINCE 2 controls)
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to understand and interpret complex information

Objectives and Deliverables:

Working in a team of cross functional experts, you will take overall responsibility for ensuring the group works effectively as a whole, whilst ensuring the project remains within the predetermined timescales and budget allocations, to ensure that our client continues to deliver value and quality to its customers. You will also be supporting consultations and building relationships with senior stakeholders on a daily basis.
