The opportunity:
To work across a high-profile and very interesting government contract in the South-West of London as a resident Project Manager, overseeing any system upgrades, engineering works and general changes to the facility, working as part of a small, close-knit team of Project Management, Engineering & Planning professionals.
As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include the following:
To oversee any Facilities Management & Engineering Projects from the value of £100k, and to assume responsibility of your own budget, and to manage and oversee subcontractors and to escort them to the necessary areas within the building, acknowledging SC & DV clearance guidelines.
We are looking for a Project Manager who has the following skills and qualifications:
• At least 3 years’ experience within a similar post
• To have a strong M&E background, ideally having worked within FM
• Experienced in CAPEX project management & the use of related software’s
The Offer:
• £50,000 – £55,000
