Project Coordinator / Project Assistant Application Software

Project Co-Ordinator / Projects Assistant with application software knowledge to support a Project Manager in an IT Software Company in all their daily project management activities and duties. You will provide project progress reports to their clients, generate project statement reports, create schedules, look after the risk logs and participate in project meetings. Salary to £42,000plus excellent benefits, working for a superb ERP software consultancy, working at the cutting edge of technology that has grown year on year.

You will work for a talented, busy Project Manager who has excellent ERP software technical experience and works very well with team members. The Project Manager is flat out with work, and needs a very capable Project Co-ordinator / Project Assistant who can understand the business, the project life cycle and the ERP software model and take over some of the responsibility by organising the schedules, reports, progress and logs and communicate with all the project team members. You will also be expected to attend on-site and remote project review meetings and interface with their clients.

Project Co-Ordinator Profile:

* Well educated, ideally to Graduate level, good business knowledge
* Experienced in assisting with application software projects
* Ideally knowledge of ERP or accounting or MIS software
* Really bright, organised, quick witted and pro-active, able to make a difference
* Able to schedule, generate reports, run risk logs and communicate with clients and the team
* Ambitious – career prospects are excellent
* Great oral and written communication skills
* Excellent experience working with Microsoft Desktop products
