Project Coordinator Construction

Salary: £31,200 per year

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a multimillion pound Construction whole supplier as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £31,200 per annum plus be eligible for a profit related bonus scheme

To be successful you will have ideally had some previous experience working within a construction environment and managing projects. The ability to read drawing and plans is highly advantageous. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills as well as be exceptionally organised with good time management skills.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

* Negotiating with supply partners to ensure you meet customers expectations

* Working closely with internal Project Managers to produce work plans

* Track project spend and produce reports as well as process invoices relating to the project.

* Liaise and follow up with subcontractors to monitor project installation#

* Build a positive working relationship with the internal sales team to ensure smooth transition of project handover

* On receipt of an order, gain a full understanding of the client’s product specification, timescale, and delivery schedule requirements and manage any changes that occur throughout the project, including commercial implications

* Liaise with the build teams, to ensure job packs are created on time

* Be the first point of contact for customers and ensure they are updated throughout the project.

* To interface with Marketing to ensure case studies of key projects are being generated

* To attend site pre-start meetings either over the phone/video or face to face in absence of the Project Manager
