About the role:
The Project Co-ordinator will work with the Engineering Management team to ensure the efficient and effective running of the department and to provide support for key business / programme activities. This is a busy office with a growing team. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organised, determined and will thrive in an expanding office environment. They will have a willingness to work with the team in the office to get the job done to a high standard.
Main Duties:
• Assist with paperwork for new starters
• Working with finance and supply chain to ensure headcount forecasts are accurate and up to date as the team expands
• Ad hoc tasks for members of the engineering team such as requesting quotes, marketing material from suppliers, researching companies, data entry
• Liaising with partner organizations and customers.
• Organisation of calendar of regular meetings and events for Engineering Management team based in Gloucester office, including some diary management.
• Note taking and action management of Engineering meetings
• Other miscellaneous administrative work as required
• Composes reports, charts, and presentations to include inter-office correspondence and emails; Edits and processes final documents for appropriate grammar and syntax.

Desirable:
• Previous experience of all aspects of Office Administration
• Experience of Engineering Practices (Specifically software)
• Resource Management experience
• A-Levels / College Diploma.
